Terms OF PARTICIPATION
By purchasing the Medium Writing Academy, SP Freedom OG (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and You (“Client” or “You”) are entering the following Terms and Conditions.

The Company’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are hereby incorporated by reference into this agreement. Except as modified by this Agreement, each of those agreements and policies shall apply fully to your participation in the Program.
The Client understands that Sinem Günel (herein referred to as “Coach”) and SP Freedom OG are not an employee, agent, lawyer, doctor, manager, therapist, public relations or business manager, registered dietician, financial analyst, psychotherapist, or accountant.
Client understands that Coach has not promised, shall not be obligated to, and will not; (1) procure or attempt to procure employment or business or sales for Client; (2) Perform any business management functions including but not limited to accounting, tax or investment consulting, or advice with regard thereto; (3) act as a therapist providing psychoanalysis, psychological counseling or behavioral therapy; (4) act as a public relations manager (5) act as a publicist to procure any publicity, interviews, write-ups, features, television, print or digital media exposure for Client; (6) introduce Client to Consultant’s full network of contacts, media partners or business partners. Client understands that a relationship does not exist between the parties after the conclusion of this program. If the Parties continue their relationship, a separate agreement will be entered into.
MWA Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to study and apply all of the strategies in the course. The Company provides a 30-day money-back guarantee for the Program. The money-back-guarantee is governed by the following terms:
In order to qualify for a refund application, you must:
- Complete all lessons + exercises from Module 1-3 and the bonus module Starting From Scratch.
- Use the lessons we teach by publishing at least two articles after joining the Program.
- Submit proof that you did the work.
- And clearly describe why you believe your investment wasn't worth it or the Program didn't deliver the promises We made.
In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, you need to apply for a refund by completing our application form by the latest on the 30th day after your purchase by 11:59 PM CET. The day of purchasing is day #1.
We will not provide any refunds after the refund period has passed.
If a student's request for early access to any course materials (unlocking Modules earlier then our set schedule) is accepted, he or she automatically loses the right to make use of the Money Back Guarantee.
If a student joins the program by applying any discount code at the Teachable checkout page (e.g. scholarship), he or she is not entitled to use the Money Back Guarantee.
Not being able to join the Medium Partner Program is not a valid reason for a refund, because the Medium Writing Academy is in no official partnership with Medium.com. Students are expected to make an informed decision and check the eligibility criteria before joining the Medium Writing Academy.
If you opted for a payment plan and you do not qualify for a refund within 30 days, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
After you submit your materials, all refunds are within the company's sole discretion as to whether to grant or deny the refund request.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and the Company’s Terms of Use.
You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including, without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
